Two Arrested in Argyle Terrace Murder

Richmond Police has made two arrests in Tuesday afternoon’s fatal shooting of Terrance J. Robinson on Argyle Terrace.

Correy Lee Davis, 23, of the 500 block of Harrow Road was arrested Tuesday night. Raishaud Jaemon Chavis, 22, of the 1700 block of Colorado Avenue was arrested Wednesday afternoon. Both are charged with conspiracy to commit murder.

“Richmond Police detectives worked nonstop to identify, locate and quickly arrest those involved in this incident, with the St. John’s Wood community assisting every step of the way,” said Major Crimes Captain Steve Drew.

With these arrests, the murder investigation is still active and ongoing. Anyone with additional information about the crime is asked to call the Richmond Police Tips Line at 514-TIPS (8477) or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.

Robinson, 31, of the 1800 block of Oak Hill Lane was found shot in a parking lot of the St. John’s Wood apartment complex just before 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 12, when officers responded to reports of shots fired. Robinson was taken to VCU Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
