The
Richmond Police Department is conducting a death investigation into a fatal
shooting that occurred early this morning in Creighton Court.
At
approximately 12:23 a.m., officers were called to the 2100 block of Creighton
Road for a report of a shooting. At that location, they discovered the body of
a teenage male who had been shot. His name will be released once next of kin
have been notified.
An
adult male was transported to VCU Medical Center with a non-life threatening
gunshot wound.
