Richmond
Police detectives have charged Xzoyloysius Wood, Jr., 19, of the 4100 block of
North Avenue with Aggravated Assault in connection with an incident that occurred
shortly after 9:00 p.m. Friday in Powhatan Hill Park.
Two
men were shot during the incident. Wood has been charged in connection with one
of those shootings. He was uninjured.
Detectives
are continuing their investigation and expect to make another arrest.
They
would like to thank several eyewitnesses who provided valuable information that
assisted them with their investigation.
