Arrest Made in Orcutt Lane Shooting

A Richmond man is facing multiple felony charges in connection with a shooting that occurred last Saturday in the South Garden neighborhood.

Milton A. White, Jr, 22, of the 3400 block of Clydewood Avenue, turned himself into authorities last night. He is charged with breaking and entering, malicious discharge of a firearm within a dwelling and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. His booking photo is attached.

At approximately 10:43 p.m. on Saturday, November 12, officers responded to the 4900 block of Orcutt Lane for a report of a person shot. They quickly located an adult male inside a residence suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
