Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help to identify the man in the attached photos who is believed to have stolen tools from a vehicle on Edwards Avenue last week.
On
Tuesday, July 23, officers responded to the 2200 block of Edwards Avenue
to investigate a theft from a vehicle. In the early morning hours, surveillance
video shows an unknown man on a bike approach a pickup truck and tamper with a
tool box in the back of the truck. The man is then seen taking the tools and
leaving the area.
The
suspect was last seen wearing a button down short sleeve collared shirt with
stripes, tan shorts, and white sneaks.
Detectives
ask anyone with any information about this man’s identity to call First
