Police detectives have identified the victim of yesterday’s homicide as Rushard
O. Grant, 40, of Charleston, SC.
At
approximately 8:29 a.m. on Monday, March 16, officers responded to the 2400 block of Lamb Avenue for
the report of an abandoned semi-tractor cab. Once on scene, they found
Grant unresponsive in the front of the cab. He was suffering from
apparent trauma to the body and pronounced dead at the scene.
