Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim in Friday’s death investigation on Oliver Hill Way as James Daniels, a male in his twenties.
At approximately 3:16 p.m., on Friday, November 13, officers were called to the 900 block of Oliver Hill Way for the report of a person shot. Officers arrived and found James Daniels in an apartment down and unresponsive suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
