Male Identified in Irvington Street Death Investigation
Richmond Police detectives have identified the male who died in the shooting last night on Irvington Street.
At approximately 8 p.m., officers were called to an apartment in the 3400 block of Irvington Street for the report of a person shot. Officers arrived and found an adult male, Jeffrey Ludlow, 32, of Woodbridge, on the front porch of the building down and unresponsive, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene. An adult male at the scene was detained.
Detectives are investigating. At this time, detectives have not charged the man who had been detained. Detectives are not looking for suspects at this time. The investigation continues.
