Missing Person Sought
The Richmond Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a Richmond woman who has been reported missing by her family.
Angela Spagnoulo, 58, was last seen on Monday, February 17 at approximately 8:25 a.m., in the 800 block of Ordway Avenue. She was last seen wearing a white nightgown, tan jacket, and socks. Spagnoulo suffers from mental health issues and requires medication.
Spagnoulo has gray hair and gray eyes. Her photo is attached.
