Victim Identified in West Broad Street Homicide Investigation
Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim in the homicide that occurred at a restaurant on West Broad Street as Kyron Fowlkes, 42, of South Hill, Virginia.
At approximately 11:58 p.m. on Thursday, February 6, officers were called to a business in the 3200 block of West Broad Street for the report of a person stabbed. Officers arrived and located an adult male, Fowlkes, down and unresponsive in the kitchen area of the business, suffering from an apparent stab wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Major Crimes detectives have determined an argument among customers at the location escalated to the stabbing. The investigation continues.
