Man Missing; Foul Play Suspected
Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help to find a man who has gone missing under suspicious circumstances.
Matthew Henry Williams, 23, of the 1900 block of East Cary Street, was last seen about 10 p.m. Tuesday entering his apartment building with three unknown, black males, and leaving with them an hour later.
About 1 a.m. Wednesday, two of those same men are seen trying to break into Williams’ apartment without Williams and leaving the scene with his TV and video game console.
Williams, who is pictured below, is approximately 6’ feet tall, weighs about 180 pounds, has red/auburn hair and is fair-skinned. He is new to the area and is known to frequent Lucky Buddha and Cha Cha’s in Shockoe Bottom.
