Midlothian Turnpike Robbers Sought

Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help to identify and find two men who robbed a woman at gunpoint on Midlothian Turnpike recently.

They are pictured in the below surveillance video.

At approximately 1 a.m. on Nov. 29, a woman pulled up to a gas station in the 6200 block of Midlothian Turnpike. As she sat in her car, two men approached her and one of them flashed a gun and grabbed her wallet. Both men then ran away.

The first robber is described as a light-skinned black male with a skinny build and beard-like facial hair. He’s about 5’5 to 5’7 feet tall and between 20 and 25 years old. He was last seen wearing a black skull cap and a black collared shirt with a white “LGR” on the left side.

The second robber is described as a light-skinned black male with a medium build. He’s about 5’7 to 5’9 feet tall and between 20 and 25 years old. He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket with a white stripe going from the neck down to the cuffs on each sleeve; a dark blue or black fitted ball cap; a blue bandana with white markings over his face; and he was armed with a small black revolver.
