Richmond Police received a tip about marijuana being grown
at a residence in the 2100 block of North Avenue.
At approximately 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, officers
investigated the residence, seized a marijuana plant and charged Demetrius
Muhammed, 42, of the 2100 block of North Avenue, with one felony count of
manufacturing marijuana.
