The Richmond Police Department needs the public’s help for information about a vehicle that struck a pedestrian and left the scene early this morning.
At approximately 1:11 a.m. today, officers were called to the intersection of Walmsley Boulevard and Chesco Road for a report of an adult female who had been struck by a vehicle.
The victim was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The Department’s Crash Team is investigating, and detectives believe the suspect vehicle may be a full-sized pickup truck that is missing its right, outside mirror. The vehicle may possibly be gray in color.
No tip is too small and any information may be helpful in solving this case.
