Train Victim Identified
Richmond Police have identified the man struck and killed by a train Saturday as James Coutlakis, 51, of the 00 block of South Boulevard.
At approximately 10:36 a.m., officers received a call for a man struck by a train on the railroad tracks under the Powhite Parkway. When officers arrived, they found Coutlakis deceased at the scene.
The Medical Examiner will determine cause and manner of death. No foul play is suspected.
