Police detectives need the public’s help to identify the suspect in the
attached photo, who robbed a Fas Mart store on the
city’s south side.
At
approximately 10:22 p.m. yesterday, officers responded to the Fas Mart at 2107
Semmes Avenue for a report of a robbery. An armed man entered the store shortly
before 10 p.m., approached the register and demanded money from the clerk. He
displayed a black handgun. The suspect took cash and fled south on foot along West 22nd Street. He is described as a black male wearing dark clothing, a black mask and sunglasses at the time of the incident.
