A
Richmond man has been arrested and charged with two felonies in connection with
a shooting that occurred last Saturday in Mosby Court.
Ballard T. Brinkley Jr, 26, of
the 1300 block of Coalter Street,
was taken into custody this morning by the U.S. Marshals Regional Fugitive Task
Force. He is charged with malicious
wounding and use of a firearm in the
commission of a felony. His booking photo is attached.
Around
4:15 p.m. on May 20, officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 1400
block of Coalter Street. Upon arrival, they located the adult male victim
suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital with
non-life-threatening injuries.
