Suspect Sought in Walgreens Larceny

Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help to identify the suspect who stole cash from a Walgreens on Westover Hills Boulevard last month.

At approximately 6:24 p.m. on April 19, officers responded to a reported larceny at Walgreens, located at 1214 Westover Hills Boulevard. Minutes earlier, the suspect approached the register to pay for an item. When the clerk opened the cash drawer, the suspect leans over the counter and grabs an unknown amount of money.
The suspect is described as a black male who wore a blue flat brimmed hat, a gray hoodie with a green block design on the front, a red shirt and blue pants at the time of the incident. He was seen leaving the store in a burgundy-colored sedan.
