The
Richmond Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a
missing man, Philip C. Branch, who has been missing since last week. His
photo is attached.
Branch,
37, of the 700 block of Mosby Street, was last seen on foot in the area
of Semmes Avenue early last week. Branch suffers from a medical ailment and
detectives believe he might be a danger to himself. He is described as a black
male, 5’ 11” tall, with tattoos on his neck, chest and arms. He weighs
approximately 135 pounds.
