UPDATE: Missing Southside Woman Found

The Richmond Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman, Luritha R. Carter, who has been missing since March 10. Her photo is attached.

Carter, 59, was last seen at her home in the 700 block of St. Johns Woods Drive. It is unknown what clothing she was wearing when she left. Carter suffers from a medical condition and has not taken her medication.

She is described as a black woman with a medium complexion, 5’5” tall, with brown eyes and gray hair with a maroon streak in the front. She weighs approximately 216 pounds.
