The Richmond Police Department needs the public’s help to identify the suspect in a hit-and-run crash.
At approximately
10:30 a.m. on Sunday, January 20, officers responded to the report of a hit and
run that occurred in the 3300 block of North Huguenot Road.
The victim’s car was
rear-ended at a stoplight. The suspect then got out of his vehicle and
walked up to the victim’s car. He said there was not much damage, got
back in his van and drove off. The suspect was last seen getting on the
southbound exit ramp to Chippenham Parkway.
The victim took
the attached photos of the suspect and the white van he was driving. A
DMV check of the license plate, UXX-7209, shows it does not come back to the
vehicle.
Anyone with
information about the suspect or this hit-and-run crash is asked to call Detective
G. Drago at (804) 646-1369 or (804) 510-4182.
