The Richmond Police Department has located the woman that
went missing last night.
At approximately 8:30 p.m., Ki Ja Ahn, 80, was seen leaving
CJW Chippenham Medical Center. It was believed Ahn walked away from the facility,
possibly disoriented.
Patrol officers and K-9 units searched the surrounding area
last night and this morning.
Ahn was found unharmed at a 7-Eleven store at Jahnke and
Blakemore roads at 7:20 a.m. An employee saw Ahn walking nearby and notified
police.
The 7-Eleven store was the location K-9 Officer Jackson and
K-9 Knick tracked the missing woman to last night, but she was no longer in the
area at that time. When she returned, officers were called and returned the
woman to medical care.
