Richmond Police
arrested a Petersburg woman on a misdemeanor charge related to the assembly
occurring today along the Monument Avenue corridor.
Brittany D. Bush,
29, of the 00 block of Jefferson Street, Petersburg, was arrested shortly after 11:30
a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. She was taken into custody near
Stuart Circle on Monument Avenue after she was observed loudly threatening a
bystander with whom she had become combative. This remains, as of the time of
this release, the only arrest in connection with this assembly.
The incident
remains under investigation.
