Richmond Police detectives are asking for the public’s help in
locating a man who is wanted for shoplifting from a business in the Carytown
neighborhood earlier this month.
Carl A. Watkins, 37 is
wanted on a grand larceny charge. His photo is attached.
At approximately 11:17 a.m. on Thursday, October 4, Carl
Watkins entered a Carytown business in the 3300 block of West Cary Street.
Surveillance footage shows him taking sunglasses and leaving the store. At
approximate 2:05 p.m., Watkins entered the business again and stole additional
sunglasses.
