Fairfield Avenue Homicide Victim Identified

Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim in Saturday’s homicide on Fairfield Avenue as Jamarea D. Whitlow, a male in his 20s. 

 Around 3 a.m. August 22, 2020, officers responded to the 2800 block of Fairfield Avenue for a shooting. Once on scene, they found Whitlow in his vehicle with gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
