Richmond Police detectives are asking for the public’s help to identify the individual in the attached photos who is suspected of slashing the tires on multiple vehicles in the Church Hill area this weekend. Overnight between Saturday night and Sunday morning, the adult male suspect slashed the tires of Subaru vehicles that were parked in the streets of the Church Hill neighborhood. The suspect damaged multiple tires on over a dozen Subaru vehicles.
The suspect has a beard and wore black gloves, a cap and eyeglasses.
First Precinct detectives are canvassing the area to locate damaged vehicles that may not have yet been reported. Detectives are seeking additional video from doorbell or surveillance cameras and are asking the public for information about this suspect.
