Richmond
Police detectives have identified the victim in Saturday’s homicide on Coalter
Street as Terrance Easter, 20, of Richmond.
At
approximately 6:30 a.m., August 21, Richmond Police responded to the 1300
block of Coalter Street for the report of a shooting. Officers arrived and
located an adult male, Easter, with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at
the scene.
The
Medical Examiner will determine cause and manner of death.
