The Richmond Police Department needs the public’s help to identify the woman in a surveillance video who used a stolen credit card to buy more than $2,000 in gift cards.
On March 6, the woman went to the Wal-Mart on Sheila Lane and used the fraudulent card to purchase dozens of gift cards totaling approximately $2,000.
Anyone with any information about this woman or this crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000 or text Crime Stoppers at 274637, using the key word “ITip” followed by your tip. Both methods are anonymous.
