Richmond Police detectives have identified the man who died last
night as Dominique S. Mangram, 26,
of the 5600 block of Petoskey Avenue.
At approximately 2:42
p.m. Monday, officers were called to the 5700 block of Hull Street for a report of a person shot. When they
arrived, they found two adult males suffering from gunshot wounds.
Both were taken to the hospital where Mangram later succumbed
to his injuries. The second victim, a 21-year-old male, suffered non-life
threatening injuries.
The investigation is still ongoing and detectives ask anyone
