Richmond Police detectives have identified yesterday’s
homicide victim as Terry A. Mullins, 46,
of the 500 block of Rosemont Road.
At approximately 2:30
p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Mullins’ home on Rosemont Road after a
relative found him deceased inside the residence.
The Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the cause of
death.
Detectives are looking for the victim’s vehicle, a gold, 2007
Toyota Tacoma SR5 two-wheel drive with an extended cab. The vehicle has a
temporary license plate with “13316X” as the tag number.
Detectives do not believe this crime was random and are
following up on several leads.
