Chat Website Robbery Suspects Sought
Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help to identify the men who robbed a victim after luring him to a meeting last month.

They can be seen in the attached surveillance image.

At approximately 12:40 p.m., Tuesday, September 23, a male victim arrived at a location in the 1400 block of Oakhurst Lane for a planned meeting with a female that he had made contact with on a chat website. As the victim waited for the meeting, the two males approached and robbed him of cash, clothing and his car.

Detectives believe the two suspects conspired to lure and rob him.

The first suspect is a black male, 30-35 years of age, 5’ 8” tall, weighing 200 pounds. He has a small facial hair goatee.

The second suspect is a black male, 30-35 years of age, 5’ 6” tall, weighing 200 pounds. He has a full facial hair goatee.
