Suspects Sought in Shockoe Valley Market Robberies

The Richmond Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify the two men who are suspects in a pair of robberies at the Shockoe Valley Market.

On Wednesday, July 20, and at approximately 10:20 p.m. on Tuesday, July 26, the two suspects walked into the convenience store, located at 311 N. 18th St., brandished a knife and robbed a store employee of cash and cigarettes.

They fled on foot northbound on North 18th Street. There were no injuries in either incident.

The suspects are described as black males, each approximately six feet tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds. They wore hooded sweatshirts and masks.
