Richmond Police detectives are asking for the public’s help to identify the man in the attached photo, who is a person of interest in an incident that took place on Monument Avenue.
Richmond Police detectives are asking for the public’s help to identify the man in the attached photo, who is a person of interest in an incident that took place on Monument Avenue.
In the past several days, surveillance video shows an
unknown male tampering with a light bulb outside a residence in the 4100 block
of Monument Avenue. Surveillance then shows the man walking to a nearby
vehicle.
The person of interest is described as a black male with
dark hair wearing a white tank top, jeans and dark-colored Nike tennis shoes.
