Lieutenant Nathaniel Bynum said the primary crime concerns are commercial robberies,
commercial burglaries, and residential larcenies.
“As we approach the holiday season, it’s important to be extra cautious,” said Lt. Bynum. “Criminals view the holidays as an open invitation to take valuables from your businesses, homes, and vehicles.”
This event is the latest in a series of walks conducted by the Richmond Police Department in neighborhoods throughout the city.
Members of the media are encouraged to attend.
