The Richmond
Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred Tuesday morning
on the city’s south side.
At approximately
5:02 a.m., police received a call for a person down in the 4600 block of
Jefferson Davis Highway. When police arrived, they located an adult male
deceased from gunshot wounds in the rear parking lot of a business.
The victim has
been identified as Chanti N. Robinson, 29, of the 3000 block of 2nd
Avenue
The medical
examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
