Police detectives need the public’s help to identify the male in the photos who
is a suspect in an attempted armed robbery and shooting last week.
At
approximately 1 a.m., on Tuesday, Dec. 5, an unknown male attempted to rob a

suspect brandished a handgun the victim ran away but was shot by the suspect.
The suspect then fled the scene. The victim was transported to a local hospital
with injuries that were not considered life threatening.

and weighing approximately 145 pounds. The suspect has a tattoo on his forehead
and a teardrop tattoo near his right eye. He may be driving a dark-colored
four-door sedan, possibly a Ford Taurus or Mercury Sable.
