Richmond Police
detectives need the public’s help to identify a suspect who is suspected of a
package theft which occurred in Shockoe Bottom earlier this month.
On Saturday,
November 5, an unknown male reportedly stole a package in the mailroom of an
apartment complex in the 0 block of South 19th Street. The victim
stated several items were inside the package.
The suspect is
described as a black male who was last seen wearing a red jacket with a hood,
black pants, dark colored shoes, and a navy backpack at the time of the
incident.
