The
Richmond Police Department has identified the victim in Wednesday morning’s
homicide as Dawn S. Dutcher, 50, of Richmond.
At
approximately 7:45 a.m. on Wednesday, police were called to an alley in the 3300
block of Decatur Street for the report of a person down. When officers
arrived they located Dutcher deceased.
The
Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
