At approximately 2:52 p.m., officers responded to the 3500 block of East Richmond Road for a report of gunfire. Once on scene, they found an adult male inside a residence suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced at the scene.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
The Major Crimes division’s detectives are investigating this incident. First Precinct leadership and Command Staff through the Chief of Police responded to the scene.
