The Richmond Police Department has identified the victim in Wednesday morning’s homicide as Rosalind P. Gibson, a female in her 40s.
At approximately 2:45 a.m.
on September 23, 2020, officers responded to the 1100 block of
North 25th Street for reports of person shot. Once on scene,
they found Gibson unresponsive on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound. She was
pronounced at the scene.
