Police detectives are attempting to identify the two suspects who shot three
people earlier this month in the Beaufont neighborhood off of Midlothian
Turnpike.
At
approximately 4:02 p.m. on Friday, September 11, officers responded to the 6200
block of Lamar Drive for the report of a shooting. Officers arrived and
found three adult males who had been shot. They were transported to a local
hospital with injuries that were not considered life threatening.
Both
suspects were described as black males between 5’6” – 5’8” tall, and in their
early 20’s. One suspect was described as heavy-set with short hair and a dark
brown complexion. He wore a brown t-shirt and blue jeans. The other suspect was
described as having a medium build and long dreadlocks or braids. He wore blue
jeans without a shirt.
The
suspects were seen leaving the area in an older model sedan, dark green in
color, possibly a Toyota Camry. The vehicle had dark tinted windows.
