At approximately 11:03 a.m., officers were called to the 2100 block of Third Avenue for the report of shots fired. Officers arrived and found an adult male outside suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Medical Examiner will determine cause and manner of death.
