Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim in Monday’s death investigation on Clarkson Road as Raul Morales, 64, of Richmond.
At approximately 1:05 p.m., December 6, Richmond Police responded to the 1400 block of Clarkson Road for the report of a person down. Officers arrived and located an adult male, Morales, down and unresponsive with apparent injuries to his head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Medical Examiner will determine cause and manner of death.
