Richmond Police detectives, with assistance from the U.S. Marshals Regional Fugitive Task Force, have made an arrest in the December homicide of Raul Morales on Clarkson Road.
Shaliyah Branch-Dixon, 24, of Richmond, was arrested yesterday without incident. Branch-Dixon has been charged with murder. Her booking photo is attached.
On Monday, December 6, 2021, officers responded to the 1400 block of Clarkson Road for the report of a person down. Officers arrived and located an adult male, Morales, down and unresponsive with injuries to his head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
