Richmond Police have arrested the individual sought in connection with the homicide that occurred Tuesday, March 29, at the intersection of Burtwood Lane and Titus Street.
Cameron Gaines, 20, was arrested in Chesterfield County without incident and was charged with Carjacking and Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony relating to the murder of 25 year-old Isaiah Lee. Additional charges are pending at this time.
RPD’s Major Crime’s detectives, Second Precinct officers, Special Investigation Division, the Fugitive Task Force Team and Chesterfield Police were able to process critical evidence including video footage and information provided by the public that played a significant role in making this timely arrest.
