Suspect Sought in Larceny in Museum District

Richmond Police detectives are asking for the public’s help to identify the man in the photo, who is a suspect in a commercial larceny that occurred Saturday.

Around 7:50 p.m., the male suspect entered the business and started a conversation with the clerk. When the employee turned away to look at the price of an item, the man reached across the counter, opened the register and stole cash. He then fled from the store on foot.

The suspect is described as a black male, age 30-35, 5’10”-5’11” tall, weighing 150-180 pounds.  At the time of the incident, he wore a light blue T-shirt, plaid pants and a black Chicago Bulls hat.
