Second Arrest Made in Series of Larcenies at Shockoe Liquor Store

The Richmond Police Department has identified a second suspect in a series of larcenies that have occurred over the past month in Shockoe Bottom as Alice S. Thompson, 27, of the 4000 block of Midlothian Turnpike (Booking photo attached).
Thompson
was seen on March 25, April 2 and 3 taking items from the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control (Virginia ABC) store located at 2026 E. Main St. She has been charged with petit larceny (x4). Thompson was also arrested on larceny charges out of Henrico County.

On March 28 and 29, Michael A. Connor, 55, 2400 block of Burton Street (Booking photo attached) was seen on security cameras taking items from the same Virginia ABC store. Upon further investigation, it was found on March 5, Connor also took several items from the ABC Store at 6504 Hull St. He has been charged with two counts of petit larceny.

Detectives believe these are a series of isolated incidents.
