With the help of multiple tips, detectives have located and arrested two persons of interest in the homicide on Stuart Avenue that happened earlier this month.

Andrews, 41, of the 8200 block of Elswick Drive, Henrico and Donnell A. Young, 38, of the 3400
block of Maury Street were arrested Thursday and charged with possession of
stolen property, conspiracy to commit robbery, and robbery. Additional charges
are pending. Their booking photos are attached.
At approximately 11:23
a.m. on Tuesday, May 7, officers were called to a residence in the 2000
block of Stuart Avenue for a welfare check. Once on scene, they found
Charles P. Smith dead inside the residence.
