Suspect Sought in Hull Street Shooting, Wanted for Attempted Murder

The Richmond Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect in a shooting that occurred over the weekend.

At approximately 2:01 p.m. on Sunday, December 1, officers responded to a business in the 1800 block of Hull Street for the report of a shooting.  Once on scene, police found an adult male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.  He was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. 

“The victim is lucky to be alive,” said Major Crimes Lieutenant Rick Edwards. “This was a very deliberate and brutal shooting.”

Detectives have also released photos of the suspect’s vehicle, a gray four-door sedan, possibly a Chrysler.
