Richmond Police
detectives have apprehended the individual who is responsible for the vandalism
incident that occurred at RPD Police Headquarters.
On August 28 and August 31, RPD vehicles were vandalized with spray paint. The damage occurred in the overnight hours.
Early this morning, RPD detectives arrested Jeremy Morris, 33, of Richmond. His booking photo is attached.
Morris was charged with following:
- Felony Vandalism
- Two counts of Misdemeanor Vandalism
- Misdemeanor Trespassing
